day 1 Arusha
On arrival, begin your journey at the Arusha Coffee Lodge, a charming retreat set within one of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantations. Nestled among the verdant fields on the outskirts of town, the lodge offers a peaceful introduction to your safari. Spacious cottages provide a comfortable and stylish base, while the surrounding estate invites gentle exploration. If time allows, enjoy a leisurely walk through the plantation or simply relax and unwind ahead of your adventure.

day 2-3 Tarangire National Park
A short flight brings you to Tarangire National Park, a beautiful and often overlooked gem, known for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and seasonal swamps that attract an abundance of wildlife.
Your home here is Oliver’s Camp, a classic safari camp set in a remote corner of the park, offering an authentic and immersive bush experience. The spacious tents are thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with a true sense of wilderness. During your stay, enjoy expertly guided private game drives in search of lion, leopard and large herds of plains game, as well as walking safaris which allow you to experience the bush from a completely different perspective, tracking wildlife on foot and learning about the smaller details of this fascinating ecosystem.

day 4-5 Ngorongoro Conservation Area
On arrival, set out on a guided hike to Olmoti Crater, a rewarding yet gentle walk through forest and open grassland leading to the rim of this lesser-visited gem. If trekking is not to your taste, you could instead visit a nearby Maasai village where you can join herders as they return their cattle to their boma for the night.
The following day, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater itself for a full day of exploration. This natural wonder, and UNESCO world heritage site, is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including black rhino, lion, elephant and vast herds of zebra and wildebeest, all set against the dramatic backdrop of the crater walls.

day 6-9 Serengeti National Park
Sayari camp offers a luxurious yet understated base, with spacious suites, private verandas and sweeping views across the plains. Days are spent exploring this incredible ecosystem on game drives, tracking big cats, elephant, giraffe and, depending on the time of year, the vast herds of the migration.
Between activities, relax at camp and take in the sights and sounds of the bush.
Your journey concludes on Day 9 with a final light aircraft transfer back to Arusha.
