The expeditionary feel of this unique safari program is sure to excite the intrepid adventurer. You'll move between small luxury camps on foot through untamed savannah with an expert tracker guiding you through the beautiful and wildlife rich South Luangwa National Park.
While at the camps you'll be able to head out on game drives or thrilling night drives and in your downtime you can relax on the viewing deck or by the pool and watch as the wildlife comes to you. Regular sightings from the camps include Elephant, giraffe, leopard, wild dog and many more!
After a short flight finish your adventure on a tiny island on the mighty Zambezi River, just a short distance from the thundering Victoria Falls. Sunset boat trips, a Rhino safari and an excursion to the falls are a must before kicking back and enjoying some well-earned relaxation and time to reflect on your unforgettable safari experiences.
day 1 South Luangwa National Park
Upon arrival into Lusaka, transfer to your connecting light aircraft flight to Mfuwe, on the edge of the magnificent South Luangwa National Park.
Your first night will be spent at Mfuwe Lodge, a luxurious and welcoming retreat located just inside the South Luangwa National Park. The lodge is famous for its exceptional hospitality and unique wildlife encounters, including elephants that occasionally wander through the lobby during mango season!

day 2-7 South Luangwa National Park
These intimate, remote camps are known for their exceptional guiding, warm hospitality, and incredible access to wildlife. Activities include guided walking safaris, game drives, and night drives, where you’ll have the chance to see leopards, lions, wild dogs and many others. Each camp guide will have his or her favourite spot for a refreshing sundowner, often overlooking the river, and sometimes in it! With you sitting on a deck chair with your feet being cooled by its waters while you sip on your chosen tipple.
This itinerary showcases three of the six incredible camps in this area. but you may choose any combination you wish.
While relaxing back at camp, enjoy the superb facilities and hospitality on offer, and be sure to keep your camera close by. Elephant, giraffe and even leopard and wild dog sightings from the lodge are common place!

day 8-11 Victoria Falls
Transfer back to Mfuwe airstrip for your flight to Livingstone (via Lusaka) and spend three nights at a beautiful island retreat only accessible by boat, just a short distance from the falls.
A huge array of activities are included in your stay, such as boat cruises, fishing, canoeing, visit to Falls, game-drive, village visit, walk in the gorge.
Spend your time partaking in the included activities or simply relax on your deck, enjoying the waters of the Zambezi as they flow down towards the thundering falls.
Say goodbye to this wonderful country with a final superb sunrise and excellent breakfast before transferring to the airport for your flight home.
